Used for flushing insert pumps/progressive cavity pumps on vertical and slant wells to change wellhead drives, stuffing boxes, scope flushes and polish rod changes.
These trucks are ideal for spill clean-ups, fluid transfers, tank cleaning and service rig work as most body jobs are very versatile. When a spill is compromising the safety of workers or the environment, wet vacs are primarily needed. They gather and haul most TDG regulated products, septic wastes or fluids with some solids. They can be used to remove small amounts of dry material. In addition, we have specialty wet vac units that are designed to haul acids and other corrosive materials.
These trucks pump various fluids at high pressures (up to 5,000 psi) into pipes, wellheads and vessels allowing a thorough test for leaks. This process also includes loading well loads, rig jobs, pressure testing, pushing flow lines stinging and fluid transfers. These units are ideal for tank cleaning as they can pump large volumes of water at pressures up to 5,000 psi. This is very effective in moving sludge and solids from manways to the vacuum points.
These units can be used for cleaning large vessels, tank bottoms, facility equipment, process buildings, radiators, spill clean-up, thawing frozen pipes and equipment. They are capable of pumping water at 2,000 litres a minute (up to 3,000 psi). We have units equipped with 1 million BTU burners creating a dry steam eliminating ice buildup created by a wet steam.
A unit built to combine a vacuum truck and steam truck so that one truck will do the same job as two trucks for cost-saving to our clients. Ideal for tank cleaning, spill clean-ups and general cleaning of well site equipment.
Queen Bee trucks with suction capabilities of 6400 CFM. Each unit is equipped with a remote controlled 360°swivel boom, which is perfect for top loading and high lift jobs.
This unit is designed to vacuum wet or dry material. An aluminum pipe can be added for long-distance material removal. There is filter housing on the unit to reduce the dust from entering the atmosphere.
These trucks pump various fluids at very high pressures (up to 20,000 psi) used for cleaning tanks, vessels, exchangers, piping, and hydro testing.
Equipped with dump guns, 3D nozzle, BJY nozzles and pencil line.
